STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS

STFR is a class designed to help you address the unique needs of being an endurance runner.

Class Goals

-Help you prevent injury by strengthening your muscles and connective tissues

-Improve running economy by encouraging coordination and stride efficiency with specific mobility

-Learn which movements help us to recover from the specific stress running causes us

-Increase comfort in your body as you move through your activities of daily living

-Build Lean muscle mass aka your stability muscles

Class Schedule

Monday: Virtual class via Zoom 5:30pm

&

Friday: In-person class 8:15 am

If this time does not work for you, one of the perks of class being held virtually is I can record class and you can participate at a time that fits your schedule. However, I do recommend that you try and join at least the first few classes “In-person,” so I can help you make adjustments to your form.
